Bio: Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins is the Chief Executive Officer of Green For All, a national organization dedicated to building a green economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty. She recently served for six years as Executive Director of Working Partnerships USA, and under her leadership, the organization implemented the first Community Benefits policy in the U.S.; founded the Partnership for Working Families; and expanded access to health care through the Healthy Workers program. Ms. Ellis-Lamkins serves on the board of the Leadership Council of California Forward. She was named one of "40 to watch under 40" by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
