Bio: Junette Marcano is the Chair of Neighborhoods Together ACORN in the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia. Olney is a working class neighborhood of homeowners and one of the hardest hit by foreclosures.  She helped organize a meeting on March 25th, 2007 in her neighborhood ACORN chapter with 150 people that led two days later to a stoppage of Sheriff Sales and the eventual creation of the Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Pilot Program.
