Bio: Raúl M. Grijalva is a Democrat representing Arizona’s 7th Congressional District. Since his election in 2002, Rep. Grijalva has made education, employee rights and the environment his top policy concerns. Rep. Grijalva is a member of the Congressional Progressive and Hispanic Caucuses, the Committee on Education and Labor, and the Committee on Natural Resources. He began his public career as a community organizer more than 30 years ago, when he joined with several other advocates to start El Rio Community Health Center in Tucson.
