Barbara Stuhlemmer has been in medical research and high-tech manufacturing for over two decades. The last dozen years have been spent as a technical communicator.
Barbara started her business in 2004, launching ClearComm Information Design in 2006 to help the medical device industry with information management. ClearComm’s mission is to help small-to-medium sized software and medical device companies get the most value out of their documentation while ensuring they remain compliant, meet their deadlines, and provide the information required by their end-user. “Technical writing, user experience, and information architecture are my key skills, but where I really shine is my technical knowledge; Because of my technical education and extensive experience in numerous industries I can learn and write to almost any industry within a short period of time. My passion for learning changing technologies is what drives me and my business.”
