as of 1955 5% of people were presidents of organization have an access of power to change and persuade others. To lobby for changes on use of resources.
If we had housing busts like we see today 90 years ago, you would have seen 1000's of groups lobby for change. Now we have the internet to organize.
So why aren't people using it this way.
How many people have within them the knowledge of how to do this? To know what to do, who to talk to who to ask?
Is what is being offered fundamentally offered in an industrialized method or a democratic method. Is the role of an individual as a citizen or a volunteer.
