Description
This session will investigate how to effectively bring pilot projects to scale. We'll look at innovative hybrid solution mobile and Internet technologies, how the formation of public-private sector partnerships can lead to the scaling up of successful mobile solutions.

Brilliant framework for scale
This session rocked my world. Both theoretical and practical frameworks for bringing projects to scale. Best quote: technology is only 15%. Most interesting question: How can we create a mobile hub for sharing apps? |
