      <description>I've met Tony many times before and seen him speak on many occasions. He's the kind of guy that would restore your faith in the public sector. 
Tony presented a very well designed &amp;quot;do and don't&amp;quot; talk about the use of Open Source Software, framed in a pragmatic context and presented with effortless humour. There was real detail here as well as overall strategic advice.</description>
