Many years of R&D have made it possible to convert the oil palm biomass into economic products including MDF, Timber Board, Fertiliser and Paper, just to name a few. Lately, new technologies have been developed to generate biofuel and electricity from oil palm biomass. There are already commercial ventures which have exploited the oil palm biomass for business.
