Mobile technologies are proving that communication can drive social change. By enabling greater efficiency and access to services, cell phones hold the potential to leapfrog traditional development approaches and create profound social and economic impact. To this end, the Praekelt Foundation leverages in-house expertise to create an incubator for new mobile-based ideas, and works with strong partners to ensure long term sustainability and measurable impact.
