The continuous size reduction of transistors is at the origin of the growth of the semiconductor industry. However, further scaling of devices must face new physical problems. In this context, this summer school will propose a broad spectrum on nanoscale CMOS and Si-baseed Beyond CMOS nanodevices.

This school is addressed to PhD students, engineers and researchers coming both from the university and from industry of the semiconductors.
