Terrorism is becoming the major national and international security threat. In our changing world which has tremendously become highly interdependent, connected and globalized, with free inter-mobility of people, goods and cultures between states, nations and corporations have created unprecedented prosperity, as economic freedom can often and does promote broader human liberties. However, the expansion of ties among nations have also brought about adverse implications for human rights and democracy in far corners of the world, threatening the national and international security. Security threats, organized crimes, terrorism and cyberterrorism have all crossed boarders without natural permission. Hence no single state can encounter all of these threats alone. Individuals, more than states threaten national security, whereas state power and control have been delimited.
