Going Solo is an event for European (and other) freelancers and small business owners, which will address the business side of freelancing in the web world.

It is aimed primarily at professionals working somewhere in the internet/media industry, but is open to all.

During this one-day event held in Lausanne, Switzerland (just next to Geneva), we will address the business and infrastructure issues that freelancers face: setting rates, finding clients, making oneself known, closing deals, balancing work and life, being a soloist but part of a network.

150 people are expected to come and learn from each other and our selection of accomplished speakers and soloists (like Suw Charman, Stowe Boyd, Laura Fitton, Martin Roell, Chris Brogan...)
