The IASTED International Conference on Circuits and Systems (CS 2008) will be an international forum for researchers and specialists to exchange new ideas and share experience in the areas of theory, analysis, design and implementation of electronic circuits and systems. The application areas of interest cover communications, control and robotics, biomedical, consumer and power electronics, electronic sensors and sensor systems, among others. CS 2008 will provide an opportunity to present and observe the latest research, results, and ideas, and to collaborate on current issues identified by conference participants. All papers submitted to this conference will be peer evaluated by at least two reviewers. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality and contribution. The conference chair makes the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper.
