In addition to these scheduled events, we want to encourage participants to extend their time in Auckland. We will arrange visitor status for anyone visiting the Mathematics Department for the weeks before and after the scheduled meetings.

In addition to these scheduled events, we want to encourage participants to extend their time in Auckland. We will arrange visitor status for anyone visiting the Mathematics Department for the weeks before and after the scheduled meetings.

Unfortunately, we have only a limited expectation of financial support but we anticipate that most participants will be able to find their own funds. Although we will not have invited speakers in the usual sense, it is likely that we might feature some of the presentations as plenary talks. A central emphasis will be 'general linear methods' but offers of lectures in all aspects of numerical differential equations are welcome.
