The advent of internet shortens the distance between service providers and service consumers, which drives service sector closer to manufacturing sector. Coupled with ever-increasing computing power, the Internet is brewing a new wave of business and technical models across the chain of service creation, marketing, delivery and support that hold the promises to boost the productivity in the service sector.
