IADC is pleased to issue a call for abstracts for IADC Drilling West Africa2008. This conference and exhibition will examine activity, markets and potential today and tomorrow of this vital E&P region, with the focus on drilling and completion. The event will be held 8-9 October in Lisbon, Portugal, a city with strong and longstanding ties to the West Africa Region (Le Méridien Park Atlantic Lisboa Hotel). Authors are invited to submit proposals for presentations at the conference. For consideration, an abstract for each proposed paper must be submitted to IADC no later than 15 April 2008. Authors of selected presentations will receive confirmation letters and guidelines by 1 June 2008. Please note that formal papers will be accepted, but are NOT required for this conference.
