      <description>The session addressed the challenge of creating content that people can find. No matter how good your content, if you can't get on the first 2 pages of Google, chances are no-one will ever read it. Rick suggested a series of measures that are simple (but not easy) to implement, and clarified the whole search-engine optimization blah-blah that is most often used to convince people that they can't do it. Not without the help of techies, that is. Well, the outcome of Rick's session: Yes, everyone can do it, and be good at it. As long as you understand that you're writing for two audiences: search-bots and spiders - and humans.</description>
